Hourglass is at the premium end of California Cabernet, and at about 185.00 this cult wine is worth the search, and once found, worth every dollar. This is truly an almost perfect wine. You have to find it and drink it to experience and understand what power and elegance in wine really is. Hourglass should be kept in everyone's cellar, whether it be a walk-in cellar, a floor unit, a closet or under your bed... it's treasure.
