another color... tres palacios 2008 pinot noir

many of you have already discovered the Tres Palacios Cabernet, Merlot and most everyone's favorite the Carmenere; well here's another color for your crayon box, the Pinot Noir. The wine pours ruby red with fragrant and elegant notes of strawberry and violets dressed with cherries. While it's not a very complex wine, it is a very poised satisfying red flowing with clean, crisp, vibrant fruit balanced with good focus and finish. You will enjoy this Chilean Pinot Noir over the next 3 years with pretty much anything.
